Captivating Performance by Slovenian Police Orchestra at Innsbruck Promenade Concert Festival

 Last Tuesday, 16 July 2024, the Slovenian Police Orchestra enticed the audiences at the Innsbruck Promenade Concert Festival.

The orchestra played at the historic Imperial Palace (Hofburg) in Innsbruck as part of the prestigious international festival Innsbrucker Promenadenkonzerte, where only invited world-class orchestras are permitted to perform.

The orchestra ensemble was led by guest conductor Maestro Gregor Kovačič, who has successfully collaborated with the orchestra on several previous occasions. Together they prepared an extensive and diverse programme titled A Tribute to Richard Strauss Meets Slavko Avsenik.

The Slovenian Police Orchestra's superb performance received multiple standing ovations, prompting the festival organiser to extend an invitation for the orchestra to participate at the festival in the future.
